1. Services Provided:
SuperShine Carpet Cleaning offers professional carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning, in addition to Stretching and carpet Repair. The scope of services will be clearly outlined in the booking confirmation, including any specific treatments requested by the customer.

2. Booking and Payment:
All bookings require confirmation via email or phone. Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards, and checks.
All credit, and debit cards will incur a 3% processing fee.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50

4. Liability:
SuperShine Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or other materials. While we take utmost care, we are not liable for damage caused by customer’s negligence, such as failing to disclose delicate materials or stains requiring special care.

5. Guarantees and Satisfaction:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing stains or damage that cannot be removed or repaired through standard cleaning.

6. Eco-Friendly Products:
We use eco-friendly and pet-safe cleaning products to ensure the safety of your home. However, customers are responsible for notifying us of any specific allergies or sensitivities in advance.

7. Limitations:
SuperShine Carpet Cleaning does not guarantee the removal of all stains, as some may be permanent due to the type of material or substance.

8. SuperShine reserves the right not to accept a booking for any reason.

9. Customer must inform SuperShine of any incident of breakage, damage or missing items from their property due to our technicians within 24hrs of completion of service in writing at supershinecc@gmail.com or delivered text 208-891-9221

10. Changes to Terms:
SuperShine Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to their next service appointment.
